- Return/Refund Policy
- Items purchased from the Big Red, Inc. Company Store may be returned and/or refunded less shipping charges by contacting: Company Store Manager, Big Red, Inc., 720 Jewell Drive, Waco, Texas 76712. You may also email store@bigred.com. Simply fill out and return with the item the Return Form included with your package. A refund will be issued for the cost of the item, but will not include shipping costs associated once the item has been received by the transportation carrier.
Damaged items will be replaced; however it is necessary to contact UPS Customer Service at 1-800-Pick UPS. Please have the package tracking number available for the operator to report a claim. The package recipient must initiate the claim with UPS who will contact Big Red, Inc. to replace the item. - Exchange Policy
- To exchange an item simply fill out and include the Exchange Form along with the item. The package recipient is responsible for return shipping to the Big Red, Inc. Company Store and the Big Red, Inc. Company Store will incur shipping charges for the exchanged item’s return. If the item is out of stock or no longer available then the original purchase price less shipping charges may be refunded to the consumer.
